Baktybek Baiserkeev

Born January on 14, 1965 in Bishkek.

In 1988, he graduated from Kyrgyz Order of the Badge of Honour Agricultural Institute named after K.I. Scryabin with a degree as Engineer Hydrotechnician.

In 2005-2008, he studied at the Russian Customs Academy at the Department of Customs Affairs.

In 1995, he joined the Customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1995-1997, he worked as an acting Chief Inspector, Chief Inspector, Deputy Chief - Chief Inspector of the Administration for the Organization of Customs Control of the State Customs Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.

In 1997-2004, he held the office of Chief Inspector, Chief Inspector of the Customs Control Station Zhaiyl, Chief Inspector of the Customs Control Station Chaldovar, Deputy Head of Kara-Balta Customs, Kara-Balta.

In 2004-2007, he worked as a Chief Inspector of the Administration for the Organization of Customs Control of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.

In 2007-2008, he held the office of the Department Head of Kara-Balta Customs, Kara-Balta.

In 2009-2011, he worked as a specialist on customs procedures of "Customs Service Modernization and Infrastructure Development” Project Management Office under the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.

2011-2016, he held the office of the Head of the Customs Procedures Methodology Administration of the Central Administrative Authority for the Organization of Customs Affairs, the Head of the Customs Affairs Prospective Programs Department of the Administration for the Organization of the Customs Control of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.

From October 3, 2016, he is the Director of the Customs Infrastructure Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

Colonel of the Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

By the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 30, 2014, he was awarded the Honorary Diploma for faithful performance and achieved top results.

By the Order of the State Customs Service at the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 30, 2016, he was awarded the Honorary Sign "For merits in the customs service of the Kyrgyz Republic” for outstanding achievements and special contribution to the development and improvement of the customs service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

By the Presidential Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 30, 2016, he was awarded the State Award for contribution to the development of the historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of Kyrgyzstan, social and economic, intellectual and spiritual potential of the Republic, long-term work and in honor of the 25 anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.​
