EEC to launch online course on Eurasian integration

EEC to launch online course on Eurasian integration

5/15/2020

It will include 32 lectures on the Eurasian Economic Union operation and the Commission activities. The course starts this summer.

One can sign up for the course "EAEU: What is it and How does it Operate?" right now.

“We tried to make the course interesting and understandable for any citizen of our Union state: from entrepreneurs and students to retirees and new moms. We want people to know their rights and opportunities arising from their country’s participation in the Eurasian Economic Union,”
Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the EEC Board, says.

The course was developed by 30 experts from the Eurasian Economic Commission. The Chairman and ministers of the EEC Board, the Directors and Deputy Directors of Departments, as well as heads, and employees of Departments will address the audience.

“The composition of the authors is unique. All lecturers are professionals in their fields. I recommend that the audience members not be shy and ask questions to the authors after the lectures,”
Mikhail Myasnikovich added.

The Eurasian Economic Union is the reality in which every citizen from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia lives. There is no escape from it, but the EEC is ready to provide anyone with all the necessary information for survival.

What are the bodies of the Union, how do they operate, and what decisions do they make?

How should the business operate in a customs union? And how can it improve the conditions of existence?

What products should be exported, and where to, even during COVID-19?

How does the EAEU affect the lives of ordinary people?

How does it protect against unsafe and counterfeit products?

What social guarantees does each citizen of a Union country have? How one can get a pension (in the future)?

These and other questions will be addressed by the EEC online course "EAEU: What is it and How does it Operate?"
