EEC publishes monitoring of measures aimed at overcoming consequences of coronavirus spreading in EAEU countries

The Eurasian Economic Commission regularly monitors national measures taken by the Eurasian Economic Union countries to overcome the consequences of spreading coronavirus infection.

Amid the rapid spreading of coronavirus across the world, governments and national (central) banks of the EAEU States are elaborating administrative, tax, customs and tariff, monetary and financial measures to support people and business.

The monitoring is carried out within the framework of activities conducted by the Interim Coordinating Council for monitoring the situation related to the prevention of spreading coronavirus infection and elaborating prompt response measures. It was established within the Commission on March 19 this year.

Information about the EAEU countries’ measures will be updated on the EEC website on a permanent basis.​
