По оперативным данным объем внешней торговли товарами государств – членов Таможенного союза за январь-июнь 2012 г. составил 459,6 млрд. долларов США, в том числе экспорт – 302,9 млрд. долларов США, импорт – 156,7 млрд. долларов США. Стоимостной объем экспорта по сравнению с январем-июнем 2011 г. в текущих ценах увеличился на 9,7%, или на 26,9 млрд. долларов США, импорта – на 4,8%, или на 7,2 млрд. долларов США.

On September 16, issues of cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Commission and the international organizing committee of the strategy and management championship “Global Management Challenge” were discussed by Tigran Sargsyan, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEС), and João Matoso Henriques, Executive Director of the Global Management Challenge (GMC), CEO of SDG - Simuladores e Modelos de Gestão. The meeting was also attended by Vyacheslav Shoptenko, Director of the Institute for Organizational Development and Strategic Initiatives of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), GMC project manager in Russia. The meeting was held at the EEС’s headquarters.

The event was also attended by representatives of the Republic’s state authorities and the leadership of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”.

A meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Council attended by Deputy Heads of Governments of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries and Chairman of the EEC Board Tigran Sargsyan took place in Moscow on September 9. The Members of the EEC Council considered issues in the spheres of digitization of the EAEU countries’ economies, functioning of internal markets, international cooperation, labor migration, customs regulation, financial and tax policy, sanitary-veterinary and phytosanitary measures, industry and agricultural sector, competition, and a number of others.
