Adylbek Kasymaliev

Adylbek Aleshovich Kasymaliev was born on December 1, 1960 in the Dolon Village, Tyupsky District, Issyk-Kul Region. 

He has higher educational attainment.

In 1984 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Economics and Finance, specialty "Economics".

Employment:

In 1984-1988, he was junior research assistant at the Research Institute for Economics and Economic and Mathematical Methods of Planning of the State Planning Committee of the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1988-1990, he was Head of the Financial Service of the Engineer Road Construction Battalion.

In 1990-1993, he was Deputy Head of the State Tax Inspectorate for the Oktyabrsky District of Bishkek.

In 1993-1994, he was First Deputy Head of the State Tax Inspectorate for the Oktyabrsky District of Bishkek.

In 1994-1995, he was Head of the Department of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1995-1996, he was Head of Department No. 2, and Deputy Head of the External Monitoring Department of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1996-1997, he was Deputy Head of the Tax Policy and Revenue Forecasting Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
