Born in 1972 in Minsk.
In 1994, she graduated from the Law Faculty of Belarusian State University.
In 1994-2001, she worked in the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Belarus, where she rose through the ranks from Leading Specialist to Deputy Head of the Main Directorate and Head of the State and International Law Directorate of the Main State and Legal Directorate.
2001-2004: Press Secretary to the President of the Republic of Belarus.
2004-2009: Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Belarus.
2009-2010: First Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Belarus.
2011-2014: Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus.
In June 2024, she was appointed First Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Belarus.
In May 2025, she was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus.
She has a PhD in Law.
She was awarded with the medal For Labor Merits.
