Information System for Accounting Certain Types of Petroleum Products (PPAS)
Providing the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial divisions with an effective tool for monitoring and monitoring the production and turnover of certain types of petroleum products in real time
The aim of the project is to reduce the high level of shadow turnover of petroleum products.
When creating, the following indicators were achieved:
1. Implementation of automatic data collection on the production and turnover of petroleum products by means of control metering devices (CPUs) at refineries, mNPZ and gas stations;
2. Implementation by the operator of data reception and processing of data on the production and turnover of petroleum products in real time;
3. Real-time data monitoring and analysis
