HSC "Green Housing and Public Utilities" balances energy generation by resource supplying organizations and reduces consumption by-end consumers by up to 40%, resulting in a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by the territory. Emissions from boiler houses and automated air monitoring of the territory are monitored for continuous digital control of emissions
