Bakai Makanbaev

He was born in 1993 in Jalalabad (Kyrgyz Republic).

In 2015, he graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. In 2017, he obtained his Master's degree with honors, and in 2021, he completed his post-graduate studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

He started his working career as a student in the commercial sector.

Since 2018, he has held various positions in the Eurasian Economic Commission's Organizational Support and Protocol Department.

In 2022, he was appointed Head of the Department's Protocol Support Section.

He has departmental commendations and certificates of appreciation.

He is married and raises a son.

Since September 23, 2024 he has been appointed Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Organizational Support and Protocol Department.
