Olga Prudnikova
Olga Filippovna Prudnikova was born in Mogilev (the Republic of Belarus).
In 1989 she graduated from the Belarusian-Russian University (Physical Engineer), in 1999 she graduated with honors from the Belarusian Law Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence (Lawyer), in 2010 she graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in Economics and Management in Industry, and in 2024 she graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in Public and Local Administration.
She started her career in 1989 in RUE Mogilevenergo, where she worked until 2010, holding senior management positions.
From 2010 to 2013, she worked at RUE ODU.
From 2013 to 2017, she worked as Head of the Production and Technical Department at Belenergo, a state-owned production association of the electric power industry.
From January 2017 to May 2025, she was Deputy Minister of Energy of the Republic of Belarus.
Since June 2, 2025, she was appointed Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Energy Department.
