Amendments to the Customs Union's Technical Regulation "On safety of perfume and cosmetic products" (TR CU 009/2011) adopted by Decision No. 64 of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Council on April 15, 2022, clarify the requirements to the composition of perfume and cosmetic products.In particular, the relevant technical regulation has updated the list of substances prohibited for use in such products. The lists of substances permitted for use subject to the established restrictions, permitted colorants, preservatives and UV-filters have been updated as well.
