The updated program was prepared by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and agreed upon by the Eurasian Economic Union States. It envisages the development of 39 interstate standards and revision of one interstate standard. The Russian Federation has been appointed as responsible developer of all interstate standards.

The program envisages compliance with the requirements and methods of verification

in relation to four groups of technical regulation subjects, including about 30 types of products in accordance with Annex No. 1 to TR EAEU 050/2021:

 

- technical means of civil defense shelters;

 

- control hardware, technical means of communication and warning;

 

- emergency and rescue means;

 

- technical means of monitoring emergency situations.
