The Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board has extended the anti-dumping duty on seamless pipes made of corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel from Ukraine up to and including April 29, 2027.
The current measure was to expire on September 6, 2026. However, the EEC Department for Internal Market Defence received an application, and following its review, a repeated anti-dumping investigation was launched on April 30, 2026.
“The EAEU regulatory framework envisages extending the current anti-dumping measure for the period of repeated investigation which should be completed within 12 months from the date of its commencement,” the EEC Trade Branch reminded.
The anti-dumping measure on seamless corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel pipes from Ukraine, in the form of an anti-dumping duty, is applied in accordance with Decision No. 6 of the Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board dated January 26, 2016. The duty rate ranges from 4.32% to 18.96% of the customs value, depending on the manufacturing company.
