17.02.2026

The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission extended the anti-dumping duty on leaf springs and sheets for them originating from the People's Republic of China until November 17, 2026 inclusive.

The current measure was to expire on March 20, 2026. However, the EEC Department for Internal Market Protection received a request, which resulted in the repeated anti-dumping investigation initiated on November 18, 2025.

"The EAEU regulatory framework provides for extending the current anti-dumping measure for the period of repeated investigation which should be completed within 12 months from the date of its commencement," the EEC Trade Unit reminded.

The anti-dumping duty on leaf springs from the PRC was set in accordance with Decision No. 17 of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Board dated February 16, 2021. The amount of duty is 14.11% of the customs value.
