26 Feb 2021 Mikhail Myasnikovich received a visit from Botirjon Asadov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation, and Shukhrat Shukurov, Appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of Uzbekistan to the EEC. On February 26, Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the EEC Board, held a meeting with Botirjon Asadov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation, and Shukhrat Shukurov, Plenipotentiary Representative of Uzbekistan to the EEC, at the headquarters of the Eurasian Economic Commission. During the meeting, Shukhrat Shukurov presented Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the EEC Board, with a letter from Abdulla Aripov, Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, on his appointment.

25 Feb 2021 EEC and Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration signed Memorandum of Understanding Sergei Glazyev, EEC Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics, and Melvin Enrique Redondo, Secretary-General of the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA), signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two organizations. The signing ceremony took place on February 25 via videoconferencing.

24 Feb 2021 EEC simplified procedure for importing medical tomographs The Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board has expanded the list of civil radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices the import of which does not require any authorizations. In particular, the list was supplemented with magnetic resonance imaging scanners and medical MRI systems. Besides, specific purposes of using radio receiving facilities without radio-emitting devices have been excluded.
