Bakytzhan Sagintaev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, congratulated Sadyr Japarov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Member of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, and all the Kyrgyz people on the Constitution Day.

“The Constitution is a solid foundation of statehood, a reliable guarantor of sustainable development of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the congratulatory letter reads. “It is owing to the Constitution that the Kyrgyz people confidently move forward, enhance the unity of the nation, and protect their rights and interests.”
