Chairman of the EEC Board Bakytzhan Sagintayev on behalf of the Eurasian Economic Commission and on his own behalf expressed condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and all Russian people in connection with the loss of life as a result of a plane crash in Amur region.

"With a feeling of deep sorrow I received the news of the tragic accident, which resulted in numerous human casualties," the telegram reads. "I share the pain of loss and express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims."
