Daniyar Imanaliev, Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission, held a working meeting with Mher Grigoryan, Vice Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, in Yerevan.
The outcomes of implementing the Strategy-2025, as well as the plan for “The Eurasian Economic Path” Declaration were reviewed.
The two parties discussed efforts to launch a digital system for monitoring the plan to implement the 2030 Declaration.“The Commission started implementing the roadmap for developing economic processes within the EAEU until 2030, which covers 62 areas and includes 340 specific measures to strengthen integration within the EAEU,” the EEC Minister noted.
There was a thorough exchange of views on relevant matters of the Eurasian economic integration, including the development of mechanisms to support the Member States with small economies.
The prospects of cooperation with a number of leading regional and intergovernmental associations in Asia and Africa, and Latin American countries, were discussed.
Daniyar Imanaliev shared the plans for the Union's international positioning at various venues as well as congress and exhibition events.
He also expressed hope for Armenia's continued support for the Commission's efforts to enhance trade and economic interaction between the Union countries and the EAEU Observer States.
