Daniyar Imanaliev: "Greater cooperation between the Commission and the UNECE will improve the efficiency of integration processes"

Daniyar Imanaliev, Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission, met with Dmitry Mariyasin, UNECE Deputy Executive Secretary, at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.The EEC Minister told about the Eurasian Economic Commission's approaches to international cooperation principles, Main Directions of the EAEU Economic Development until 2030 (MDED 2030) and the implementation of the Eurasian Economic Path Declaration.
According to Dmitry Mariyasin, as part of preparations for the Regional Forum to be held in April 2026, it is planned to develop thematic briefs and substantive reports in such key areas as transport, energy, innovations and trade.
The two sides paid special attention to cooperation on statistical data methodology.
