David Gevorgyan was born on April 28, 1986 in Yerevan.
In 2007, he graduated from the International Academy of Entrepreneurship.
From 2007 to 2012, he worked at the Ardef Development Fund of Armenia, serving as its head the last three years.
2012–2016: Chief Specialist of the First Division for the Implementation of the Economic and Social Security Strategy of the Department for the Implementation of the National Security Strategy, the Office of the National Security Council of the Republic of Armenia.
2016–2018: Aide to the Head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2018 to 2022, he was in charge of protocol of the Vice Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2022–2025, he was Aide to the Minister in charge of Internal Markets, Informatization, Information and Communication Technologies of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
Since April 1, 2025 he was appointed Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Administrative Department.
