Dinara Mukaeva appointed Deputy Director of EEC Antitrust Regulation Department

Dinara Mukaeva was born in 1987 in Almaty Region, Kazakhstan.
She graduated from Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University with a degree in International Law.
In 2008-2020, she held various positions in antitrust authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2020-2022, she headed the Anti-Cartel Office of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2022-2025, she headed the territorial Department of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Abay Region.
She is an awardee of the badge of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Excellence in Antimonopoly Service".
Since May 28, 2025 she was appointed Deputy Director of Antitrust Regulation Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
