On July 29, Goar Barseghyan, Minister in charge of Industry and Agriculture of the Eurasian Economic Commission, held a working meeting with Sergey Dankvert, Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor), and Tigran Petrosyan, Head of Armenia's Food Safety Inspectorate.

The sides emphasized the high level and fruitful nature of interaction between the services, both in resolving issues related to the development of bilateral trade and in working within the EEC.

In turn, Goar Barseghyan thanked Rosselkhoznadzor for its active participation in the work of the Eurasian Economic Commission's advisory bodies.

“The Commission constantly interacts with the EAEU Member States' authorized bodies on issues related to the agricultural sector and is always ready to serve as a platform for discussing relevant matters,” Goar Barseghyan noted.
