09.12.2025
The meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Board reviewed and considered international practices for implementing and using artificial intelligence elements in foreign economic activity to develop the Single Window Mechanism.

The document reflects modern global approaches to developing and implementing the Single Window Mechanism and its elements, based on advanced information and communication technologies.

The review continues the Commission's series of materials published every two years. Previously, digital technologies such as blockchain, Big Data, the Internet of Things, and others were covered.

In preparing this review, official reports from the World Customs Organization and information from government agencies in China, the Netherlands, and Singapore on implementing intelligent models and artificial intelligence technologies in customs activities were used.

The review focused on cutting-edge developments in applying AI elements in the Single Window mechanisms of the Eurasian Economic Union participating countries.

World practice analysis will enable the Union Member States to efficiently adapt and implement promising artificial intelligence solutions, thus contributing to increased competitiveness of the EAEU economies and simplified foreign trade procedures.
