The EEC has introduced amendments to the to the Procedure for filling in the Declaration for Goods due to transiting to the new version of the CN of EAEU since January 1, 2022

At its meeting held on November 29, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission made a decision to bring the Procedure for filling in the Declaration for Goods into conformity with the changes to be introduced to the Single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Union since January 1, 2022.

The decision will enter into force in 30 calendar days from its official publication date but not earlier than January 1, 2022.

The updated version of the CN of EAEU was approved by Decision No. 80 of the EEC Board dated September 14, 2021, which is to come into force on January 1, 2022.

The Procedure for filling in the Declaration for Goods was approved by Decision No. 257 of the Customs Union Commission dated May 20, 2010 and contains 4 annexes including a List of Goods (Annex No. 1) and the data specified in relation to certain categories of goods placed under the customs procedures for release for domestic consumption, customs warehouse, processing in the customs territory, processing outside the customs territory, temporary import (admission), temporary export, re-import, re-export, free customs zone, free warehouse (Annexes No. 2 and 3) and export (Annex No. 4).
