Eldar Alisherov, Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission, held a working meeting with Narek Hovakimyan, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia. They discussed relevant matters of Eurasian integration, including the preparation of an action plan for implementing the 2030 Eurasian Economic Path Declaration. Among others, the parties considered topics requiring development of coordinated decisions.

Within the working meeting with Mnatsakan Safaryan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, issues related to implementing the Main Directions of International Activities of the Eurasian Economic Union for 2025 were discussed focusing on holding events with key international partners of the EEC, including through regional associations and international organizations.

Eldar Alisherov also held negotiations with Stepan Mnatsakanyan, Head of the Statistical Committee and Chairman of the State Statistics Council. The parties discussed the current level of interaction and promising directions of developing long-term integration in the field of statistics. The discussion was about statistics digitalization and a scientific approach to its generation. Special attention was paid to the implementation of the SDMX data and metadata exchange standard.
