Outcomes of EEC Council on January 22, 2025

On January 22, the Eurasian Economic Commission's Council held a meeting at the level of Deputy Prime Ministers of the Eurasian Economic Union countries.

EEC Council approved first two applications for subsidies under industrial cooperation financing mechanism

The EAEU approved common approaches to interoperability of intelligent transport systems. 

Amendments were made to the Rules for Registration and Examination of Medicines. 

The EEC Council approved the establishment of a joint study group to examine the feasibility of a free trade agreement with Tunisia. 

The EEC Council approved procedure for collecting, summarizing and providing information on dangerous products and its placement into the Union's information system. 

Rules for conducting studies of biological medicinal products were supplemented. 

EEC Council approved 2025 indicative balances for certain agricultural goods 

The Action Plan for assessing the scientific and technical level of the EAEU technical regulations and lists of standards thereto that came into effect was approved. 

The EEC Council approved a new version of the Procedure for developing and amending the Union's technical regulations.
