Commission improves quality of reporting on EAEU countries' public procurement

The Methodological Recommendations on the collection and compilation of information (reports) in the field of public (municipal) procurement based on the indicators in Section 27 of the list of statistical indicators of official statistics provided by the authorized bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union countries are available on the Eurasian Economic Commission's website.

The document was elaborated by the EEC and approved by the Advisory Committee on Public (Municipal) Procurement so that the parties could use unified approaches to collecting information for reporting purposes.

The requirement for the Member States to generate reports is stipulated by the Treaty on the EAEU. These reports are submitted on a quarterly basis and cover 25 indicators and two formats in accordance with Decision No. 122 of the EEC Board dated December 9, 2025. The reports form the basis for the annual review “Public (Municipal) Procurement of the Eurasian Economic Union Member States”.
