Maksim Yermalovich, Minister in charge of Competition and Antitrust Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, spoke on July 27 in Minsk about the procedure for access of products from the Eurasian Economic Union countries to participation in public procurement.
Speaking at a seminar for heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Belarus, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Maksim Yermalovich presented the Commission’s policy and work in the field of competition and public procurement.
The EEC Minister paid special attention to issues relating to the country of origin of goods in the EAEU for public procurement purposes.
Maksim Yermalovich informed the audience about the Commission’s activities in the field of competition in the EAEU cross-border markets, including competition advocacy and international cooperation.
