The Eurasian Intergovernmental Council approved Joint Forecasts for Developing the Agricultural Sector and the 2025–2026 supply and demand balances of the Eurasian Economic Union countries for agricultural products, food and raw materials for light industry.

The EAEU States completely satisfy the domestic demand for such products as grain, sugar, vegetable oils, pork, fowl, mutton and chicken eggs with their own output.

Joint forecasts are a system document to develop the agricultural sector that is aimed at ensuring the balance of the common market, utilizing the potential of the Member States to develop mutual trade and creating new production facilities.
