The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission has approved a new Procedure for registering or refusing to register customs declarations.

"The new rules ensure unified approaches to the registration of three types of customs declarations, take into account the priority of electronic declarations, as well as the possibility of registration or refusal to register customs declarations without involving a customs official," mentioned Ruslan Davydov, EEC Minister in charge of Customs Cooperation.
