Heads of Government of the Eurasian Economic Union countries approved the program for developing trading in a common exchange market of goods that is developed in accordance with the Strategic Directions for Developing the Eurasian Economic Integration until 2025.
The document is comprised of four sections and includes general provisions, a system of measures, implementation mechanisms and resourcing.
The program involves three stages: developing documents for shaping a common exchange market, implementing pilot projects and simulated trading, as well as the beginning of full exchange market functioning by 2029.
The Program covers 14 activities including developing and adopting an international treaty on establishing a common exchange market of goods, agreements between trading organizers and infrastructure organizations, acts of the Union bodies and protocols between trading organizers.
