On March 24, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission adopted a recommendation "On the Prospects for Developing Trade and Economic Cooperation Between the Eurasian Economic Union Member States and Southeast Asian Nations in Respect of Agricultural Products and Food".
The EEC's comprehensive analysis showed that the main commodities of the Member States with the most favorable market access conditions in Southeast Asia are meat and meat products, dairy products, fish and crustaceans, cereals, fats and oils.
"The adopted recommendation will allow the Member States to use information on the existing needs to assess possibilities for diversification of agricultural exports," mentioned Goar Barseghyan, EEC Minister in charge of Industry and Agriculture.
