Alina Kazachenok was born in 1990. In 2012, she graduated from the Belarusian State University of Economics with a degree in marketing (specializing in pricing), and in 2016 she completed her master's studies at this university with a degree in global economy.
In 2022, she retrained at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, specializing in State and Local Administration, and in 2024, she graduated from the professional retraining program Master of Public Administration — For Managers at the Center for Programs of Senior Manager Training at the Institute of the Higher School of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
From 2012 to 2016, she worked in the Department of Pricing Policy of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2016 to 2025, she served in the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus. She supervised antitrust regulation, pricing and procurement in the spheres of natural monopolies, transportation, communications and information technologies.
Since January 22, 2025, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Department for Competition and Public Procurement Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
