Heads of Governments of the Eurasian Economic Union countries will discuss the sources and mechanisms of financing industrial cooperation projects within the EAEU, removing obstacles in the Union’s internal market, and developing the Union’s integrated information system. 

The Eurasian Economic Commission will inform the Intergovernmental Council’s members on drafting international treaties on establishing common markets for gas, oil and petroleum products, implementing the Main Directions of Industrial Cooperation in the EAEU, as well as possibilities of involving the EAEU countries in functioning of the Russian industrial zone in the Suez Canal economic area.

The Intergovernmental Council will consider the state of the EAEU countries’ mutual trade in 2021, joint projects on import substitution being implemented by the EAEU States, the first package of the EAEU measures within the climate agenda, as well as issues of crediting and distributing the amounts of import customs duties between the EAEU States’ budgets in 2021.

An Agreement on the rules of release (issue), circulation and redemption within the EAEU of warehouse certificates for agricultural products is scheduled to be signed at the Intergovernmental Council’s meeting in order to develop the Union’s electronic trading of such warehouse certificates.
