Round table on Prospects of Sustainable Economic Growth within the Frameworks of Eurasian Integration – International Economic Forum of CIS Member-States “CIS and New Interaction Formats”

Page ContentMarch 14, 2014, at the International Trade Center, a round table will be held on “Prospects of Sustainable Economic Growth within the Frameworks of Eurasian Integration” organized by the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Interstate Bank.  The round table will be held as part of the International Economic Forum of CIS Member-States with participation of the Members of CIS Economic Council, Leaders of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent Countries, leaders of the ministries and administrations of the CIS member-states, leading managers of industrial associations, banking structures, investment foundations, exchanges, business councils, entrepreneurs, representatives of analytical and expert centers, scientific and educational institutions, mass media and foreign partners. The International Economic Forum of CIS Member-States is a unique platform for discussion of further trends of integration processes. The round table meeting will be dedicated to an analysis of the prospects to achieve sustainable economic growth within the Eurasian integration with due regard to the international experience in the area of integration associations of developed countries and countries with emerging markets. The event will be opened by Tatiana Valovaya, a Member of the College Board (Minister) for EEC Principal Areas of Integration and Macroeconomics, Igor Suvorov, President of the Interstate Bank, and Vladimir Salamatov, Director General of World Trade Center, OJSC.  The recommendations that the round table experts come out with will be further used in the practical activity of the Eurasian Economic Commission and Interstate Bank.
