EEC Youth Council and Rosmolodezh deepen cooperation
During the meeting, the parties discussed the following topical issues of the EAEU youth agenda:
- the outcomes of the 1st CIS and EAEU Youth Forum in the city of Cholpon-Ata, the Kyrgyz Republic, including the initiatives of members of the youth delegations proposed during a business breakfast with the leadership of the EAEU countries' governments and international organizations;
- the initiative of the Chairman of the EEC Board to establish the Eurasian Youth Initiatives Implementation Fund;
- joint projects implemented as part of the chairmanship of the Russian Federation in the EAEU authorities in 2023 and joint events held in 2021-2022;
- issues of the general program of internships, youth entrepreneurship and youth tourism within the EAEU space.
The parties also agreed to intensify work on finalizing and signing the Cooperation Program for 2022-2024.
Daniyar Turusbekov spoke about the Commission's activities to implement the Chairman of the Board's instructions to create and develop a "single window" in the Eurasian Economic Commission for considering and developing the youth initiatives.
In conclusion, Daniyar Turusbekov especially thanked his colleagues from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs for their active work at the 1st CIS and EAEU Youth Forum and expressed confidence in further productive cooperation for the benefit of the Eurasian Economic Union.
