Lists of products to technical regulations on low-voltage equipment and electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment have been updated
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission has amended the lists of products for which a customs declaration is filed along with a document on assessing conformity with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Union "On Safety of Low-Voltage Equipment" and "Electromagnetic Compatibility of Hardware".
The lists of products have been adjusted in accordance with the amendments made to the technical regulations by Decision No. 90 of the EEC Council dated June 10, 2022 and Decision No. 91 dated June 10, 2022. Besides, 10-symbol FEA EAEU codes have been established for all types of products in the lists.
The amendments shall come into effect after 30 calendar days have elapsed from the date of official publication of the relevant decisions of the EEC Board.
