Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Board, congratulated Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, on Independence Day celebrated on July 3
."Today, the Republic of Belarus is an established independent democratic state that has achieved significant success in socio-economic development," the congratulatory letter says, "Independence Day is a symbol of the sovereignty of Belarus, national pride, unparalleled courage and heroism of the Belarusian people who defended freedom and the right to a peaceful life."
As the Head of the EEC Board emphasized, diligence, a sense of responsibility and high moral principles are the qualities that at all times helped Belarusians to remain a strong nation and overcome any difficulties on the way to the strengthening and prosperity of their Motherland.
