Problems of classifying certain types of goods in accordance with the Eurasian Economic Union's Single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity were discussed at a meeting with representatives of the EAEU countries' customs authorities chaired by Nurlan Baynazarov, Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Department for Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice.

The experts continued to discuss the problematic issues that arose in the classification of a construction (technical) heat gun, as well as a blade (blade blanks) for a wind turbine.

They also considered amendments to the Commission's Procedure for preparing decisions on the classification of certain types of goods which are necessary for drafting a package of documents to be sent to the Commission by the customs authority of a State of the Union.
