Scientific and practical seminar "Existing calculation methods of values of the agrarian sector and peculiarities of the state  support in Customs Union countries"

In order to improve the results of implementation of the Agreement on the Unified Rules of State Support of Agriculture dated December 9, 2010, elaborate the coordinated approach to development of the methods of calculation of the extent of state support of agriculture common to the Member States of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space, establish business contacts between professionals and experts of the Member States of the CU and CES in the field of support of the agricultural sector, the Department of Agro-Industrial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission is intended to hold, together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the UN, the workshop regarding “The Existing Methods of Calculation of Support of the Agricultural Sector and the Details of State Support in the Member States of the Customs Union” on July 9, 2013 in Moscow.

For the purpose of the workshop it is planned to consider the characteristics of the systems of state support of agriculture in the Member States of the Customs Union, methods of calculation of the extent of support of agriculture used in the world (methods of the WTO, OECD and Member States of the Customs Union).
