Arzybek Kozhoshev, Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission, and Tatiana Molchan, UNECE Executive Secretary, discussed the development of cooperation in the field of transportation, as well as outlined the prospects and key areas of cooperation.

The parties noted that the dialogue allows them to maintain a high level of competence, share experience and work efficiently to reduce the number of obstacles along the transport routes.

"We strive for harmonizing legislation of the EAEU states with international norms and standards to simplify international transportation and transit, which, among other things, are enshrined in UN agreements and conventions," Arzybek Kozhoshev mentioned.

He thanked UNECE representatives for their participation in the Eurasian Economic Forum last year and invited them to take part in the EAEU key business event in May 2025 in Minsk.
