The Heads of Government of the EAEU countries laid down rules required for functioning of the single market for sensitive products. The EIC disposition establishes free circulation of such goods in mutual trade within the approved indicative balances.
"The list includes wheat and meslin, barley, corn, sunflower seeds, sugar, sunflower oil, regenerated paper or cardboard, as well as ferrous waste and scrap", clarified Andrey Slepnev, EEC Minister in charge of Trade.
The Eurasian Economic Commission’s Council, jointly with the Governments of the Union States, was instructed to organize balance sheet preparation for goods from the list.
When exporting these products to third countries, the parties will not evade export regulation measures imposed by one or more States, including by adopting unilateral and (or) unified export regulation measures within the Union.

The EIC Disposition shall come into effect from the date of its official publication and shall be valid till September 30, 2024.
