Biubiusara Toktonalieva appointed Deputy Director of EEC Department for Internal Market Protection

Biubiusara Zhaparkulovna Toktonalieva was born in 1964 in Naryn (the Kyrgyz Republic). In 1987 she graduated with honors from the Kosygin Moscow Textile Institute.

From 2001 to 2022, she held various positions in the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic: from Lead Specialist to Head of the Trade Policy Department.

On March 15, 2022, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Department for Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
