Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board, congratulated Akylbek Zhaparov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Chairman of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, on his birthday.
