Mikhail Myasnikovich congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on Armenia's Independence Day

Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the EEC Board, congratulated Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and Member of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, on the country’s main official holiday – Independence Day.


"On this day of all days 30 years ago, a referendum was held in Armenia proclaiming the country's policy to build an independent state. Since then, the country's leadership and people have managed to do a lot, including to form and improve powerful institutions, carry out ambitious reforms in the economy and other spheres, earn a sizable reputation in the international arena and become active participants in the Eurasian integration processes," the congratulatory letter reads.

The Head of the EEC Board expressed confidence that developing trade and economic cooperation between Armenia and the Eurasian Economic Union countries, promoting attractive joint projects in various economic sectors and strengthening good-neighborly relations fully meet the interests of the integration association.

Mikhail Myasnikovich thanked Nikol Pashinyan for his constant attention to the Eurasian agenda issues, a tremendous job to strengthen the Union and wished him good health and well-being as well as peace and prosperity to the Republic of Armenia.
