On March 4, Members of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission established the procedure for enacting amendments to the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of Perfumery and Cosmetic Products," which will come into force on December 24 this year.
Declarations of conformity of such products to the technical regulation requirements, adopted before the entry into force of the said amendments, will be valid until the end of their validity period. Certificates of state registration issued prior to the entry into force of these amendments will be valid for five years.
During the validity period of these documents it will be possible to produce and release perfumery and cosmetic products into circulation allowed within their shelf life.
