Procedure for enacting changes to the technical regulation on products intended for children and teenagers
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission determined the procedure for enacting changes to the Technical Regulation "On safety of the products intended for children and teenagers" that will come into force on March 26, 2023.
The decision stipulates that declarations and certificates for products issued before the changes come into effect will be valid until their expiration date. Certificates of state registration issued before the changes come into effect will be valid for five years.
During the validity period of these documents it will be allowed to produce and put into circulation products intended for children and teenagers. Such products are permitted to circulate during their shelf life (operating life).
