The EEC Board has determined two categories of foreign goods not to be placed under the customs procedure of customs transit for transportation through the EAEU customs territory for re-export purposes.
This entails such goods as derivative products, waste and residues obtained as a result of processing operations in the EAEU customs territory, as well as reusable transit packaging exported from the Union’s customs territory in accordance with the re-export customs procedure.
The decision amends the
Procedure for filling in the declaration for goods as well. It
is envisaged that during the customs declaring procedure of such goods in
accordance with the re-export customs procedure, information about transport
vehicles previously declared in the transit declaration will be indicated in
the declaration for goods.
