EAEU statistics for 10 months of 2023 published

The Statistics Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission has published a monthly analytical review of the main socio-economic indicators of the Eurasian Economic Union for January – October 2023.

In January – October 2023, there was an increase in the EAEU industrial production by 3.7%, the volume of completed construction grew by 8.7%, and retail trade turnover increased by 5.7%. 

Cargo turnover during this period increased in Kyrgyzstan (by 8.0%) and Kazakhstan (by 3.1%); passenger turnover grew in Armenia (by 77.2%), Russia (by 12.9%), Kazakhstan (by 11.5%), Belarus (by 9.1%) and Kyrgyzstan (by 7.7%).

According to preliminary estimates, gross domestic product for the first nine months of 2023 amounted to 1,701.3 bln US dollars (103.1% compared to the level of January–September 2022). In January – September 2023, investments in fixed assets in the EAEU Member States were implemented by 10.3% more than in January – September 2022.


In addition to US dollars, the main socio-economic indicators for January – October 2023 were calculated in the currencies of the EAEU Member States.
