No need to replace previously issued documents for compliance of tractors and trailers with EAEU technical regulations
The EEC Board members have specified how amendments to the Customs Union’s Technical Regulation "On safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and their trailers" to be enacted on May 18, 2022, will take effect.
In accordance with the adopted decision, certificates and declarations of conformity of tractors, trailers and their components to the technical regulation’s requirements issued or accepted before enacting the amendments will be valid until their expiration date. This will enable manufacturers to release products into circulation during the validity period of such documents.
